Dear CrossPointe,

Our text this Resurrection Sunday will be Ephesians 2:1–10, one of the most straightforward and succinct explanations of the gospel in the Bible. I chose this text realizing there will likely be an unusually large number of unbelievers present this Sunday and my heart is that they would hear the Good News clearly.

Pray with me that God would use His Word to penetrate hearts and draw people to faith in Jesus. Pray that we who already believe would renew our joy in the God of our salvation.

He is risen!

Good Friday Service (Tonight, 6:30 p.m.) || Remember the crucifixion of Jesus through prayer, Scripture-reading, and song. We won’t have childcare, but children are welcome to worship with their families.

No Youth Activities on Sunday || Enjoy the end of Spring Break and Easter!

Midweek Fellowship (March 30, 5:45–7:30 p.m.) || Survey the Old Testament with us on Wednesday nights from March 2 to April 6! Dinner ($5/person) starts at 5:45 p.m. and teaching in the sanctuary at 6:30 p.m. Childcare is available. RSVP for meals and childcare by contacting Nicole Carey.

Youth: High-school Bible Study (Sun., 9:15–10:15 a.m., April 3–May 8) || Study Philippians together and learn how to study the Bible in general! The Bateys and Agyemangs are leading the group. Meet in the youth leader room.

Child Dedication (April 17) || If you are a member or moving toward membership and would like to dedicate your newborn or newly adopted child to the Lord, contact Robert Ward.

Youth: Summer Retreat (June 23–26) || Mark your calendars! Details TBA.

Vacation Bible School (July 11–15, 9 a.m.–noon) || Mark your calendar for this summer’s VBS! It will be open to rising K–5th graders. Check CrossPointe’s website in the coming days to register your child and/or volunteer to help!

Play-group (Thurs., 9:30–11 a.m.) || Get to know other moms at CrossPointe while your children play! Contact Sigourney Ward for more info or to let her know you’ll be there.
