Announcements, Dec. 11, 2015

Dear CrossPointe,

This Sunday we finish up ch. 5 of the Sermon on the Mount as we look at verses 43–48. In this well-known text, Jesus pushes us beyond the non-resistance of last week’s text to actually love our enemies and pray for them. It’s easy to see why John Stott said this is one of the most challenging passages in the entire Bible. Much for us to think about! Read the text a few times before Sunday and pray for God to encourage, convict, transform and save.

Grace and peace,

Brad
