Men’s Lunch (August 7)
On the first Tuesday of every month, CrossPointe’s men gather for lunch ($5 Chick-fil-A), fellowship and teaching. They’ll meet again on Tuesday, August 7, at noon. Please e-mail Reynold Counts to sign up.

Concert to Benefit Adoptive Families (August 10)
Brad Griffith, a member of CrossPointe, will hold a CD-release concert for his new album, Earth & Vine, on Friday, August 10, starting at 7 p.m. at CrossPointe. Admission is free, but CD sales will benefit adoptive families in our community.

Child Dedication Class (August 19)
CrossPointe’s families will be dedicating their newly born/adopted children on Sunday, September 9. Anyone interested in participating must attend a class on Sunday, August 19, at 8:45 a.m. Childcare will be provided. To sign up, please e-mail Wayne Shealy.

Kids’ Church to Advance (August 19)
On Sunday, August 19, new first-graders will move up to Kids’ Church, and sixth-graders will move into middle-school youth activities on Sunday nights. Children in the classrooms (infancy–6 years) advance by age year-round.

Women’s Prayer Group (August 21)
All women are invited to come pray for the church and one another starting Tuesday, August 21, at 8:30 a.m. The group will meet weekly at CrossPointe.

Starting Pointe Membership Class (August 24–26)
Anyone considering membership at CrossPointe must attend Starting Pointe, a three-part membership class. The next Starting Pointe will take place August 24 (6:30–9 p.m.), 25 (9 a.m. – noon) and 26 (6:30–9 p.m.). Childcare will be provided. If you want to attend, please e-mail Robert Ward.

Children’s Ministry Orientation (August 26)
All new Children’s Ministry volunteers must attend this training on Sunday, August 26, at 9 a.m. Childcare will be provided. Sign up by e-mailing Christy Barnes.

Bible Study Methods (August 30)
Starting Thursday, August 30, Wayne Shealy will be teaching a class on Bible study methods. Everyone is welcome to attend. The group will meet Thursdays, 6:30–8 p.m., through October 4. Please e-mail Wayne for more info.
